- How does the free trial work?
- Every new account gets 5 free minutes of video translation — no credit card required. Upload a video, choose your target language, and get your translated video back. If your video is longer than 5 minutes, we'll translate the first 5 minutes so you can evaluate the quality.
- What languages do you support?
- We support 14 languages: Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Dutch, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish. All languages are available on every plan, including Pay As You Go.
- What files do I get back?
- Every translation includes a fully dubbed MP4 video, an audio-only MP3 track, SRT subtitle files in both the source and target languages, and a transcript comparison spreadsheet (XLSX) showing the original and translated text side by side.
- How do language packs work?
- Language packs let you translate a single video into multiple languages at once with a bulk discount. A 5-language pack saves you 20%, and a 10-language pack saves you 30%. The discount applies to the total minutes charged, so you save on both included minutes and overage.
- What happens if I go over my included minutes?
- Your included minutes are used first. Any additional minutes are charged at the base rate of $2 per minute, minus your plan's processing discount. Content Creator subscribers pay $1.40/min for overages, and Content Creator+ subscribers pay just $1.00/min.
- Do unused minutes roll over?
- Yes. Your included minutes accumulate each billing cycle. If you don't use all your minutes in a given month, they carry over to the next month as long as your subscription is active.
- What's your satisfaction and competitor guarantee?
- If you're not happy with a translation, we'll work with you to get it right — including re-processing with your edits to the transcript. We also offer a competitor price match: if you find a lower price for comparable AI dubbing quality, we'll match it.
